These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WayFinder, operated by 3 Pathways LLC. By accessing, creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing to, or using WayFinder, you agree to these Terms.
WayFinder is an AI-powered reflective guidance platform that provides philosophical and contemplative perspectives inspired by multiple wisdom traditions, including Buddhism, Taoism, and the teachings of Confucius.
WayFinder is intended for informational, reflective, educational, and personal contemplation purposes only.
WayFinder does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional advice. The Service is not a substitute for licensed professional care, counseling, treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, emotional crisis, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or severe mental distress, contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a qualified licensed professional immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use WayFinder. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
WayFinder offers a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled before the free trial ends, billing begins automatically on Day 8.
The subscription fee is $4.95 USD per month unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through the applicable payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior subscription periods.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly authorized by 3 Pathways LLC.
If 3 Pathways LLC cancels an account for reasons not caused by user misconduct, abuse, fraud, excessive use, or violation of these Terms, 3 Pathways LLC may issue a refund for the most recent payment period at its discretion.
Each subscription is intended for one individual user only. Accounts may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used by multiple individuals without written permission from 3 Pathways LLC.
WayFinder subscriptions are intended for ordinary individual personal use. Usage patterns inconsistent with normal single-user behavior may result in temporary restrictions, account review, additional fees, suspension, or cancellation.
Examples of improper usage include automated access, excessive repeated requests, commercial resale, scraping, or usage that imposes an unreasonable burden on the Service.
3 Pathways LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to WayFinder at any time if it believes a user has violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in fraudulent conduct, attempted to disrupt the Service, shared access improperly, or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.
WayFinder uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or inappropriate for a specific situation.
You are responsible for using your own judgment when interpreting or relying on any response generated by the Service. You should not rely solely on WayFinder for important life, medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and use of information received through WayFinder. 3 Pathways LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
WayFinder is designed to be generally compatible with modern browsers and devices, including current versions of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and commonly used modern browsers.
Compatibility is not guaranteed across all devices, browsers, operating systems, browser extensions, security settings, network environments, or third-party software configurations. Users are responsible for verifying compatibility during the 7-day free trial.
3 Pathways LLC may provide reasonable support for WayFinder-related technical issues. 3 Pathways LLC is not responsible for resolving problems caused by incompatible devices, outdated browsers, user hardware, network issues, third-party software, operating system restrictions, or external services outside its control.
You agree not to use WayFinder to:
WayFinder, 3 Pathways, related software, designs, branding, text, interfaces, logos, workflows, and other materials are owned by 3 Pathways LLC or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
WayFinder may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, AI processing, analytics, or other technical functions. 3 Pathways LLC is not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, or actions of third-party providers outside its reasonable control.
WayFinder is provided on an “as available” basis. 3 Pathways LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. Features, functionality, pricing, supported devices, and availability may change over time.
WayFinder is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Pathways LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and compatibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Pathways LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional, financial, personal, professional, or business-related damages arising from use of or inability to use WayFinder.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to 3 Pathways LLC for the most recent monthly subscription period.
3 Pathways LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WayFinder after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
